You can absolutely make one-time purchases! Our entire store is available for a la carte ordering. The subscription service, our "Captain's Club," is an optional program for customers who want the convenience of regular deliveries and access to special perks, but it is not required to shop with us.

How is the seafood priced? By weight?

Yes, most of our fresh fish and shellfish are priced per pound (lb). When you add an item to your cart, you can select the desired weight. The final price will be calculated based on the exact weight of the portion we pack for you, which we strive to make as close to your request as possible. Some items, like oysters or specific box sets, are priced per unit or per box.

What happens if an item I want is sold out?

Because we source based on the daily catch, availability can change. If an item is sold out, it means the quality or quantity from our partner fisheries did not meet our standards for that day. You can sign up on the product page to be notified via email the moment it's back in stock, which is often within a day or two.

Do you offer pre-marinated or ready-to-cook options?

While our primary focus is on providing the freshest, purest seafood for you to prepare, we do offer a small, rotating selection of "Chef's Prep" items. These may include marinated salmon skewers, crab cakes, or seafood burger patties. You can find these in a special category in our store. All marinades and seasonings are made in-house with natural ingredients.

How should I store the seafood once it arrives?

Upon arrival, immediately transfer the vacuum-sealed packages to the coldest part of your refrigerator (usually the back of the bottom shelf). We recommend consuming the seafood within 2 days for optimal freshness. If you do not plan to cook it within that time, you can place the unopened, vacuum-sealed packages directly into the freezer for up to 3 months.

What is your return or satisfaction policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We ask that you take a photo of the product in question. We will be happy to offer a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund for the affected item. Your happiness is our priority.
